Yesterday I went dining out with my sisters, Ima, Dimba & Ima's boyfriend, Anto, to Kemang Food Festival and ate miitem for the first time. They use squid ink to blacken it. You can taste the squid ink pretty thick-the reason why the price is more expensive than any other noodles. Despite its small amount (again, compare to other noodles), I assure that amount is enough to make your stomach full immediately. Anyway, it's fun to taste such interesting yet famous meal.

Noodle with squid ink???
Seems like spaghetti al nero di seppia, black spaghetti often serves with bake sardine and olive oil.

Yummmmmy!!! It reminds me of some crazy special thing you could find in Japan. Maybe a bit like squid ink or rare cheese isu creamu!
